I have been living at this complex for about a year and half now and I have never seen such a well maintained small complex. It is very quiet and charming rennovated building. Living quarters are a little small and a little more expensive than surrounding cities but it is well worth it. San Carlos is a beautiful town and is very safe. Parking at this complex is okay as you only get one assigned spot but there is adequate free parking on the streets.
