I have lived here since the complex opened (8-9 years) moving into two different units. Having been a renter for the past 20 years I can honestly say this has been by far my best experience. The complex is amazingly maintained and they continue to make improvements never letting anything go. Any minor issue I have had has been attended to quickly and positively. It is in a great location with a Trader Joe's and Walgreens right down the road. You are in short walking distance to some good restaurants and a quick jump to downtown San Carlos which has awesome places. I am sad to be leaving(need a 3 bedroom now)and would highly recommend this great place.
