I've lived in Bldg 2 on White Oak Way for about two years and am very sorry to leave! I was on a waiting list for six months before I got in, they were the only modern/convenient apartments in the downtown area, and I wasn't disappointed. The apartments are light and roomy, the muted colors so much nicer than plain white walls, the grounds are well-maintained and attractive, and the people friendly. I don't think I've had a single service issue the whole time I've been there but I see the crew and staff regularly so I know they are around and available. Central to everything, you can easily walk to downtown San Carlos and all its shops and restaurants and services. Plus, you just cannot beat Trader Joes and Walgreens literally across the street!

I would stay if I could, and would absolutely go back!
