Don't Waste Your Time - Walls and Windows are paper thin, lot's of young kids that like to party quite a bit.. Only solution is security, which takes 30minutes to 1hour to come after you call them and all they do is knock and tell em to keep it down. Property management staff seem amateur and have no policy to combat constantly partying tenants. I haven't been able to sleep here for a month, ...Full review of Pacific At Mission Bay Apartments

Great Place to Live - My husband and I have lived in El Dorado Hills twice now. We prefer the side behind the leasing office as it seems to be quieter and love how our apartment is nestled away. We never had a problem with our neighbors or parking. Our daughter enjoyed swimming and the walk ways on the outskirts of the property when she was younger. Great place to live. ...Full review of El Dorado Hills

I would rarely get home after 9pm and had to park a bit further away than usual. Some of the covered parking were problematic due to the position of the supports making the space narrower. I had a 3rd floor apartment overlooking the golf course which ...Full review of Overlook at Bernardo Heights

Non functioning smoke alarms! Illegal!! - It is illegal to have non functioning smoke alarms! It is obvious! I live here and it is my only concern. The maintenance crew is a bit ---- working almost everyday but it's probably management which controls them. ...Full review of Villa De Flores Apartments
