Over the five years I have lived in these these apartments I have seen this place go down the tubes. When I moved in the rent was reasonable, the manager was helpful and understanding. Since then the tenents have been subjected to managers that range from alcoholics to control freaks. Curently the complex is looking to cut corners. Beacuse of insurance reasons tenants can no longer barbecue, and rent has increased twice in the last three months.
I have had to complain many times about leaky faucets, toilets and sinks. When the maintenence man has shown up the work is shoty. Also the current manager fails to give notice prior to turning off the water or entering your apartment.
If this isn't enough, Families with very young children are moving in. Noise is always a problem. The manager has been known to show up at your door to ask you to turn down prime time T.V.
If you are looking for an Apartment Complex in P.B. and you want the P.B. lifstyle look elsewhere.
