Great apartment for young couples, singles. Close to fun stuff! - Hi, My girlfriend and I just moved in about a month ago. So far I love this place. Ridiculous charge for carpet on move out - I lived at La Jolla International Gardens (LJIG) for about 3.5 years. I had a nice apartment in the corner of the top floor. Nice view from the patio. Maintenance has always been very quick to respond to various issues.
