I've lived here a few months and I really have not had any problems at all. It is a good mix of young professionals and retirees. It is probably the best area of downtown to live in, it is a safe, clean area with very few homeless people, yet it is very close to the Gaslamp District and the harbor. Maintenance fixes problems immediately and the staff is always friendly to me. I only have two very small complaints. The underground parking spots can be very tight at times, and the second complaint is the lack of quality windows in my unit. They are not glass, instead it is a thin plastic that bends, and does not insulate at all. They also do not keep out all of the noise, although that has not been problem as I have found this complex to be far enough away from the busy areas to where noise is not an issue. Overall the price is great and the complex is as good as any apartment complex I have ever lived in.
