awesome placed to live in..in the heart of the city.Me and my husband love it.the maintainance crew (*Ernesto-the guy who fixed my kitchen prob*) are very efficient,the property is very well maintained,the laundry room is ----- nd span plus they also have kept books for reading(*its nice*)
we only had to pay a high deposit amount coz we did not qualify for the credit history!!! part
overall a definite yes to renting a house here :-)
