For the amount that you will pay to live at 900 F Street, you might as well look around, because there are a lot better places to live. First off, everything in the apartments is cheaply made. I'm not a carpenter or anything, but the cupboards, towel racks, and everything else is just made of crap. Secondly, the prices are pretty high for what you actually get.

Like someone else previously posted, the apartments are so hot inside, plus theres no AC. Also, even though you have an assigned parking place (which costs $100 extra a month), people were parking in my spot all the time, especially the Enterprise rental car people, which share the same garage.

Lastly, the noise level coming out of the central community quad was unbearable at times. People would be out there drinking, playing with their dogs, and making noise all night long. I can honestly say that the management never did anything to stop this either.

Overall, I would not recommend 900 F Street. Trust me, if you look around you can find better places.
