Good place for a party, bad place to live.

I've lived in this place for years, it is inexpensive for Downtown, but still overpriced. The construction is very shoddy, the owners actually sued the contractors for the poor workmanship. The apartments get unbearably hot in the summer, and cold in the winter, no A.C. and the heaters are along the baseboards stuck behind furniture. Management changes every few months and has been completely incompetant, they will lie to your face or just ignore your request. The partying and noise is out of control, I can't really complain about this because I've had parties until 6am and I was never asked to stop. Security is a big issue, the parking garage isn't secure at all and the gates to the complex are too easy to climb over. And the security cameras don't work. Countless cars, apartments, and storage units have been broken in to. The homeless use the garage and hallways to sleep in, and etc. To top it all off, many child molesters live across the street at the "Peachtree Inn", it was 12 at last count, you can check it out at the "Megan's Law" website.
