Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
I lived there in 1998/1999 for about eight months...seemed like a nice enough place. The parking situation is less than great, though. We had a jerk who lived below us and called the cops every time we took a shower or ran the dishwasher after 9pm.
There is a sleazy motel a few doors down that seems to have cops there often (hookers/drugs') fyi.
