Nice enough looking complex but serious drawbacks. Really dense so if you have good neighbors than its fun, if not than expect to get the police called on you if you have a bad cough. Also, because it is pretty cheap there is definitely a sprinkling of tweakers and ghetto/white trash. First place I have lived at that I religiously lock the doors, even when home. Pool is great during the week but on the weekends is swamped by small children (and their urine). If you are looking for something cheap, you are quiet and do not have a lot of valuables than its great, if not find somewhere else.
