I am a current resident here at Allegro Towers and find these comments very, very unfair to the management and had to add my two cents. I have never had a less than satisfactory encounter with the staff and management.... they are friendly, professional and helpful. It seems the low quality appliances, defective elevator, non-heated pool, insufficient water heaters and the other building insufficiencies are being blamed on them .... why'''' Don't you think it's the owner/coorporation that built this building and fooled all of us into thinking we were moving into a luxury building are the ones to go after' The staff didn't design or construct this building !!! And why is it their fault that the trains run all night and the planes start first thing in the morning' OH I guess they created the schedules for all the airlines in the airport and the trains right ''' HELLO this is downtown, I grew up in Little Italy.... this noise has always been here, always will ... if you decide to live right next to the airport and train station deal with it, thousands of neighborhood families have done it for many, many decades. The staff are only doing what they were hired to do ..... rent and manage the units .... and for those who are complaining about the "diversity" of the tenants are obviously not aware of the housing discrimination laws that protect people like that and allow them to move where ever they want as long as they have the money and credit. I too have complained about the tenant noise & loitering and the management promised me that they would handle it, now they are being condemned for doing their job and are being publicly humiliated' This seems like a conspirancy to me ..... The owner is the one who needs to provide us with the luxury we are paying for, he is the one who is ripping us off ....I can only imagine if is he is cheap with his money making venues can you imagine how cheap he probably is paying his employee salaries .... wouldnt blame them for having an attitude after dealing with tenants and complaints that are out of their control.

Sure, take cheap shots at the owners/corporation. Whatever, the management duo that has screwed over so many people are finally gone!!! Finally gone!!!!!

Bottom line, I would not recommend Allegro Towers to my friends. I'd only recommend it to people I don't like.

I agree 100% - it's the owners who are pulling the strings - but ask yourself who would work for these owners? Humm.... Previous management is gone but the owners are here to stay - I'd like to meet him. Does he really park in his reserved parking space? If so,why don't you have a community meeting - ha ha ha! Yes, I'm dreaming that will never happen!
