I have been a tenant here for almost a year. I can honestly say that this has been a living nightmare.
I regret I never read these reviews prior to my signing my lease agreement.
The management are awful. They may comes across as genuine and friendly when you initially meet them but I can assure you they are anything but. They have been unprofessional and the maintenance on servicing appliance (which constantly break down) in the appartment (nothing short of a disaster). Simply they couldn't care. Just take a look when you visit. They assume no liability for maintainance of appliances, isn't that why people pay rent to have the items maintained by the management of the building ' It really can be a nightmare.
There have been constant problems with noise and appliances.
There are much better appartments available on the market. Don't waste your time or money.

You got it wrong, they always take care of my issues. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I never seem to have ANY problems with my appliances. The building is pretty new and everything I have works great.

management is only friendly until you sign the lease - then forget about anything - all they do is sit around the office and post false reviews here!
the solution is to hire someone to actually MANAGE this place - there is no effective management in place
