First of all the resident manager is a b****!!! The place is completely falling apart. My living room floor had to be completely ripped up to fix a leak, which meant that I had to jump over a long wide hole across the whole room to get to the back of my apartment. I also had two huge holes in the kitchen wall due to another leak. I had to put newpaper over the whole because you could see through to the neighbors apt. It was about 3 feet big. I lived there for 1.5 years and to my knowledge she evicted 15 units. She never answers her phone or door for anything. She is horrible. She allows tow truck's to tow cars without a permit so even if u pay rent but don't have a permit because you have more than 1 car you aren't allowed to park there, but she rearranged the whole parking lot so that herself, her boyfriend, and her parents that live in Kentucky can all have a place to park. Oh and they all have permits even though they don't live there or pay rent. I would never recommend this place or any other apartment operated by the same management company. I've recently filed a complaint with the Better Business Buearu. Yes it is cheap rent, but trust me you get what you pay for.
