I've lived here for about one year. and not have had any problems. I think the manager does her job just fine. If you call her at her office she will always repond back in a timely manner. If you pay your rent and respect the property the manager does not bother you. the complex has numbered parking so everyone gets a spot, plenty of parking on the street. I really like my apartment and manager.....
