Decent Place, Cheap Rent, Cool Neighbors

I've lived here for more than 5 years. The only time there's a problem is when people don't respect their neighbors. I've never had a problem with management so long as I pay my rent on time. If anything needs fixing (e.g. plumbing, electrical...), all I have to do is submitt a repair request and it gets taken care of. Managment seems ok with big parties so long as they don't get out of hand where people are puking in the bushes or trashing the place.
Neighbors are great. Very hospitable and all in all, very nice people. Rent is super reasonable for the space. Walkin closets are a neat bonus. It has a flat roof so it does get hot in the summer if you're upstairs. Parking is more than adequate as each apartment gets 1 space per bedroom (1br=1spc, 2br=2spc). Just don't park in someones space or park without a permit or you'll get towed. The only way I'll move out is when I buy a house, condo, or if I screw up bad enough to get kicked out.
