Small complex and wonderful

I am a corporate employee and stay in many San Diego apts. This is probably the best I've been in. Last trip I was there 3 months and heard my neighbor upstairs once... Never needed to call maintenance. Parking can be tight but over all acceptable. Very nice location and neighborhood. I am at The Promenade at Rio Vista this trip. In my mind the complex should be named "The Promenade From Hell". Stay away from this one (Promenade Rio Vista).
