I lived here for about a year and a half. It is a very beautiful place- looks like a park. The apartments themselves are new with nice appliances. It has a great heated pool with a small but adequate gym- it is actually a great gym because it rarely gets crowded. I did have a problem with noise. The neighbor below me would blast her stereo at all hours of the day and night. Now, I couldn't hear the actual music but the base would shake my floor something fierce. It took two months of daily complaints and nightly calls to security before it finally was resolved by the property manager. The pet fees here are a bit outrageous too....you are charged a $300/month deposit per pet plus $25/month/pet "pet rent". Overall though, I really liked the place. Inever had a problem with parking...had a nice garage (not attached to apartment bldg). The place is very safe- I'd go running at night and never worried for my safety. I felt it was worth the extra cost. Actually, it is a really good deal in San Diego when you consider the place is pretty new and has a garage. I'd recommend it.
