Looks can be deceiving!

They will deceive you and omit vital information to get your business. The apartment building is in very bad shape. They have internal wiring problems that affect electrical fittings, telephones and Internet connection, our greatest concern was the possibility of fire due to poor electrical wiring.
Our apartment had no cross ventilation and some rooms were always too hot and too cold when running the AC. Ventilation by outside air was not an option.
Management is slow to resolve maintenance issues. The buildings are seven years old and really are at their use by date. Don't be fooled by the new paint. There were maintenance issues still unresolved when we left the apartments after complaining for over three months. In addition, please note, Management conveniently failed to inform us that there was a 30-day escape clause to vacate, if we had know that we would have vacated within the first 30 days due to unsatisfactory living conditions.
