The apts. themselves are nice' , but not great. They are dated and little has been done to upgarde anything. The appliances are the originals. They recently painted exteriors in what appears to be out of stock or clearance colors. After starting in the summer months the job still isn't completly finished!! Looks a lot like an army base in person. They ask high end rent for a slighty over moderate apt. Also noticed a lot of freeway noise and trash in the landscaping.
