At first glance it's a great looking place.
After you move in things go south. The office takes longer to get back to you're problems.
Noise issues were seldom addressed. We shared a vent with a neeighbor and had to smell all there cooking. The final straw is when we kept finding rodents in our laundry area. We were offered another apt. upstairs. But on;y if we went thru the entire deposit/renting process again! After a matter of months we broke uur lease and left.
