I am so sorry we renewed our lease last year - We had to break our lease due to a long term TDY assignment and they still insist on charging us an 1800 break lease fee. They have a severe mold problem and deny it even though I have photographs of the mold abatement contrator and his van in the parking lot January of this year. This place is extremely noisy - leaf blowers run at least 3 to 4 days of the week in the complex and surrounding areas. We only renewed our lease as a matter of conveinience as my husband travels often for the Navy - the rent hike should have been my first clue that it was time to leave.

P.S. The office staff writes fake posts addressing less than favorable post to improve their rating - of course they don't use a name and I have evidence to prove what I said is true in the form of a letter they wrote stating they would not refund the deposit - which of course I forwarded to the Navy at their instance.

The military clause is a law, apparently something wasn't right. People have way too much time on their hands.
