Staff and banking issue From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I had an issue with the alarm system. It started beeping really loud in the middle of the night and I couldn't get it to stop. I called the emergency maintainance line and got no repsonse! Then when they finally called, the next day when I was at work, and left a message saying they had the parts and would come and fix it when I called to make an appointment. Well I hadn't called back yet and the maintaince man went into my apartment without my permission!! Then when I called to tell the community manager Brandi about it, she said the maintainance guy is very nice and would never disturb my home. That was pretty much all she said. No apology or nothing. I don't care if he's St. Peter! I don't want him in my apartment unless I am there! Very inconsiderate staff...CAN"T WAIT TO MOVE!!!! Definately NOT worth the money you pay, you can't get any privacy! Plus if there's clearly a bank error for your rent not clearing, they STILL charge YOU $75.00! I even had my bank fax a letter stating that it was their error and the same rude lady Brandi charged ME the money! Ridiculous place to live! I have been an honest, on time paying renter the entire time I have lived here. I have had no complaints from anyone about me. My rent is ALWAYS on time if not early, and the one time there's a bank error, I still have to pay for it. I don't think it's good customer service and I HIGHLY advise anyone to look further for apartments! It's a nice place but some of the staff are horrible. Stacy the leasing agent is the best thing that place has going for them. Other than her, I can barely stand them! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
