I've lived here a year now. I'm not going to renew my lease. It's been relatively quiet until around June (when Stacey left).

There have been people using the pool and picnic areas that don't live here. I have no idea who gave them the key, but entire families of people will pull up in their minivans with coolers and totally ravage the place. They don't speak English. Most of them are actually just kids - lots of very loud kids. I've talked to others who have lived here for years; and they've never experienced this before. It's something new and people have made complaints. However, the new management claims that we cannot prove that they don't live here, so thus they must live here since they have a key to get in.

Seriously, I'm not going to play dumb and say I'm not steriotyping. But rent here is almost $2000 month for a 2 bedroom. Most of my neighbors are either doctors, Chargers, or high ranking officers. Management seriously needs to pay attention to the tresspassers that are invading the property.

Agreed. All they have to do is re key the pool and gym. Last night I watched a couple pull into a parking space at 10:30 and get out of the car in bathing suits on their way to our pool! Talk about pushing it! Take that extra rent money we pay and change the locks!

It won't matter. The management (Brandi) is the one who gave them the keys.

that's my family! And we do live there! We also speak English better than you can spell stereotyping!
