I will say that my husband and I enjoyed living here. Office was nice and things were kept clean. But when we moved out they stuck us with a $500 dollar bill. I called to find out what in the world it was for and they said there was an orange stain that they could not get out of the carpet. I know there wasn't!! But had no way to prove it, we had already moved 8 hours away. Another thing that was frustrating, which is true of ALL California apartments, when you move out they will charge you a cleaning fee and carpet replacement or clean and paint if you need it. I came from florida and they did all that automatically when you moved out and only kept your security deposits if there was extreme damage. But in california they don't pay for anything when you move out, you pay for everything, and if you try to do it yourself and it isn't "up to their standards" they'll make you pay for it. This state tries to make it even harder on the working person. My advice....Move out of this crazy expensive state!! Who would want to live here and go broke! I would recommend living here but have them do walk throughs, take pictures, don't let they pull one over on you. Like I said we were perfectly happy until we moved out.
