Arcadia at Stonecrest Village
AVERAGE RATING

We had a 2 bedroom with a loft which allowed for extra space at a pretty good price. The airconditioning unit was inadequate for the high lofted ceilings. The carpeting was awful and stained on move in, but we had to pay from our security deposit on move out. We also were in a tucked in area where we had some questionable encounters with solicitors. One time someone was trying to sell cookies @ 9:30 pm! Someone tried to enter my non-attached garage, while I was opening my car door.
Otherwise the apt was adequate, there is a high turnover in residents, thus the lack of a community concern.

I lived at this complex for almost a year. I had a nice little one bedroom apartment that was very nice. I really had no problems at all. I would certainly recommend the complex to anyone.

I also had alot of solicitors that were constantly knocking at my door and like you say they were very questionable. Not safe as a single girl. Someone was always taking my covered parking space and when I came home late a night they said it was my problem....what the hell is that! I had to park up the street because there were not empty regular parking spaces. This place is really something. I would never rent from here again or reccomend anyone to live here! One again the comment above must be an office worker from Arcadia.

These same "solicitors" must be working Portofino apts as well.
