Things are never as bad as they sound.....

At least not until you spend your first night in your new home at Arcadia at Stonecrest Village (ICA). Then you realize that its even worse then what everyone previously has written. What the management doesn't tell you is you have rights! The first and most important Right that you have is to move out with in 30days, and I hope you all take head of my warning of how bad this place is and that if you made the mistake of moving in that you should use the above right to leave ASAP.
In the event you do not leave you can look forward to :
-Hearing everything your (low class) neighbors are doing.
-Half-Assed work on behalf of the Maintenance staff.
-Zero effort & follow through on behalf of the Office staff.
-Ever decreasing class of neighbors due to Arcadia's inability to attract and hold a decent class of residents.
In fact, let me share a couple shopping around thoughts to help you see the problems yourself with Arcaia.
-Come back and check out the parking situation after 6pm on any night. Especially near the apartment you are interested in. (shocking results)
-Check out the neighbors above the apartment your interested in. Do they have LOTS of kids' is it inhabited by 3 generations from another country who hang their wash out to dry' (shocking results)
-Check out the questionable businesses being run out of peoples garages as opposed to people parking in them. (shocking results)
-BUT most of all, The person who always knows all of the dirt and can give you the low down are the mail carriers. Ask them what they have seen in how the property, staff and residents have become. That way you get it strait from a person and not a letter on the INTERNET.
Good luck and keep hunting elsewhere, I promise you wont regret it!
ps... to give you a picture of how bad many people think it is, during the last 3 weekends of August we saw 11 families move out.
