Under no circumstances should you ever, EVER, consider living here. Yes, the setting is pretty. Yes, the location is convenient; but DO NOT LIVE HERE. EVER. EVER. The office staff is hopeless, worthless, incompetent - there really are not enough words to describe how inept they really are. They will not enforce the leases; so you begin to question why you even have to sign one. The office staff will smile and make promises but then never follow through and when you speak to them again about the same issue, they look at you as if it's the firt time they've heard about it.
The rents are high - the mortgage payment of a small condo (apartments not worth it - you begin to notice this about 2 months after you move in), noise is a huge problem, parking is a nightmare - people park (dump or abandon would probably be a better description) cars in the parking lot and leave them for months at a time (this is a violation of the leases and somthing that is NEVER enforced), most of the time tenants have to park on the street (when I have to park on the street, I then have to walk a quarter of a mile to get to my apartment; absolutely riduculous considering the rent).
In the short amount of time that I have lived here I have met nine different tenants that have moved out because the office staff is so bad.
So, once again, DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. EVER.
