Do not be fool by lawn like me. I was impressed in here because of the lawn when I was looking at the apartment here first time. Then I made a very bad decision to move into Archstone. Other than the lawn, nothing else is good.
The floors and walls in all apartments are very thin. So you can hear anything from your neighbours.
Very poor management.
Lots of asholes live here. Broke-in and stolen happened several times. One of my neighbours is a super party guy. He had parties from 2:00am to 6:00am almost once a month. I reported it to the manager several times. But they cannot resolve it.
In the end of my lease, they increased my rent by $300 per month for renew. What is the problem with them!
