Big ant problem , call maintenance, and they claimed that there are ant problems in all san diego apartments. this and the parking was a huge turn off for me, and not worth the money, you can find better. The parking is horrible and garages are $ 75.00 more a month and if you have two cars that money will add up. Moved out within the 30 guarantee and had to pay $ 150, for cleaning fee when I hadn't even moved any furniture or anything in yet. It was horrible glad I didn't stay here for a year.

Those were my main issues too. Parking was bad if you got home after 6:00. Be prepared to walk a LONG distance with your groceries. My big issue with them was the security. I was there for THREE months. I don't smoke, don't wear shoes indoors, hung no pictures and had very little furniture. I took a lot of pictures thank god because they tried to keep all of my security AND give me a bill for $300. In the end they kept $150 because I didn't pull the GAS stove from the wall and sweep behind it. Seems fair, in 3 months I guess a lot of dust accumulated back there.
