I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I have lived here for 2 years and I have had nothing but the best service by the office and maintenance staff. As for the previous comments about ash being all over an apartment, if you clean you apartment, you won't have a problem. Also, management cannot control nature, what are they supposed to do, tell the wind to stop blowing ash. Be realistic, we had a major fire, there is going to be ash for a while. Be an adult and deal with it!!! I saw the maintenance staff washing the grounds for several weeks after the fires and trucks hosing the property.
STOP COMPLAINING!!!
