This place has been a complete nightmare to live. Here's all the reasons why: We had ants for the first 3 months we lived here. We had one car stolen, three towed. They tried to scam my roommate on the price of the garage she tried to rent in order to protect her car from future theft. The light bulbs in the parking lot were burnt out for the first 8 months we lived here. We had fights occur in the middle of the night right outside our apartment. Parking is a pain in the ass. To top it all off - they give notices out for your 30-day notice by placing a piece of paper in your door. We were not aware of this policy and are now out $1200 as a result. Their organizational skills and communication are nowhere near where it should be. Peace of mind''' 100% guarantee'''....you've got to be kidding me.
