I strongly recommend you look elsewhere before signing a lease at Archstone Mission Valley. The apartment walls are paper-thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. It's filled with college students who don't care about taking care of the property, or about their neighbors. Management is unsympathetic to noise complaints. We were told that they couldn't verify that our noisy upstairs college students were being loud, so there was nothing they could do.

Parking is a nightmare. Very poor planning.

Good luck getting anything up the ridiculously sized staircases! I don't know what they were thinking.

You may get lured in by the business center... however, it's always filled with college students playing games on Yahoo!. Don't expect there to be a free computer.

The trolley nearby is not a plus. Transients flock to the station and try to get in the gates. This place is definitely not worth it.
