okay so i am currently renting a 1 bedroom plus den on the first floor which i do like because the previous renter put real tile in the entry, kitchen and bathroom but i hate the fact that my view is of the damned parking lot and i dont want to transfer into another apartment because they all have those cheap vinyl floors. i also hate the fact the there are sooo many windows in these models and i always feel on blast. Linda is awsome and the maintenance rocks, and I have been putting the office through hell with my indesiveness to stay or leave... they have been really patient with me and all but other than all of that it is quiet, peacful and nice. for the price it is spacious, and worth it but i hate the white walls and i wish they had berber carpet. but the location rocks and they have a lot of students here. i like the fact that i can walk to the trolley and even to the library. i have been having my music really load with my patio door open and i never get complained on. i USED to hear the people walk around above me but for some reason i dont anymore and they still live there... these apartments feel a bit stiff but hell i havent really decorated yet... for some of the others i have viewed it makes me want to stay there because i only pay $1405 and i would be paying atleast $200 more for portifino across the street, and i am sure as heck not moving into villa dorado... so i do recommend it if you are not paraniod and are cool with being on blast with the cars soooo close to your window... other than all that the grounds are very nice.
