Our apartment has gone up $200 from this past year's rates, which seems to me ridiculous. However, given the other choices in the SD area, and the quality of our stay here, we best stay. Archstone has a personable staff, and is generally a peaceful property. No matter what others say, it will always be like living at a resort to me. They just need to lower their rates a little, and they'd be perfect.
