When I first moved in i came from new york and thought that price i would be paying was fair but in reality it really was not. The staff is wondefull and maintenence is great. However do u really wanna pay so much money for an apartment' The rates rise so much it is ridiculous. By the time i moved out the rent increased by $200. The ammenities are nice but when i moved out i had to paint the walls myself, and clean everything. My husband didnt want me to clean and not pass the inspection and then pay $90 just for maybe one little thing they might find wrong, so we payed the 90 bucks, and for the rugs you have to pay 50 bucks if u lose the coupon they give you or use it. Its like the find ways to get money out of you. I mean its nice but for the price that I was paying, i would of expected a much bigger apartment and more ammenitties. So if your a person who is not money conscience this is the place for you, but if your like me who likes to get my moneys worth, you might want to consider looking somwhere else.
