Overpriced piece of garbage!

These apartments may look very inviting and nice, close to everything, but they are overpriced junk. I have had nothing but problems with my apartment. For nearly $1800.00 per month they are put together with the cheapest material, and they are garbage! Since I have been here my floor in the kitchen is comming up, because deteriation of the concrete, my plastic toilet seat has broken, the cheap .99 cent store light bulbs have burnt out in my bedroom. The roof of the dumpster even fell down a parking space away from my vehicle. I feel these apartments are unsafe, and way overpriced.
