I've been living here for over two years now. It's in a great location close to shopping centers, malls, freeways. I love how I'm central to PB and downtown. The staff is great. Maintenance has always fixed everything for me within a day or two. They always follow-up to make sure I am happy with repair. The office staff is helpful and friendly. They always assist me with my questions. The property is kept very clean and nice. We have great ammenities. The gyms have brand new cardio machines hooked up to tvs. My only complaints are the gates being broken due to idiots driving into them and breaking them. I live by the dog buildings and every once in a while I'll hear a dog barking at 2 am. I have heard others complain about parking but I have never had a problem during the day or in the evenings.

Make it a point to take PLENTY of pictures and MAKE SURE you get them to perform a walk through. They WILL keep your deposit not matter how clean you leave your apartment. For some reason it's there policy to make the person vacating the apartment pay for cleaning and painting regardless of whether the apartment needs it or not.
