What would you expect'' From: mistakenj9@aol.com Date posted: 6/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   For the $1950 a month I spend for a 2 bed, 2 bath you would think it would be in excellent condition. I have had maintenance come in the first week to fix a leak under my kitchen sink, my oven has overheated three times and they had to replace my dishwasher the first 2 months I was there. Also..the office staff is extremely rude. I dont think I have seen a smile on their face since I first moved in 6 months ago. I dont feel comfortable going to them with my problems because of the stand-offish attitudes. The parking is horrific!! My husbands car has been hit 3 times because of the parking spaces being sooo small and my handicapped grandparents cant even park near an elevator. It is ridiculous to have to give a $50 check just for a parking pass for my family and friends. If I would have known all of these things I would not have moved in here.
