1. My motorcycle was stolen only after I had it for a week. When I informed management I got the "What do you want me to do about it" attitude. Also when the Police Officer came he told me that it was the 5th car to be stolen out of the "SECURE PARKING GARGAGE" in the pass 2 weeks.
2. My girlfriends jeep was towed 2 times because it was supposedly double parked, One it was not double parked and Two the tow truck would have to tow about 300 cars a night because every hummer and range rover in this place is double parked.
3. SECURED GATED LIVING OR WHATEVER, I guess that means we have gates but they really serve no purpose. Every gate entry is either broken or you can just reach in though the gate and unlock it.
4. There is always some kind of maintence needing to be done in your apartment and i don't know about you but I don't like strangers coming in my house when I'm not home so when I would try and schedule an appointment I would get attitude and then either told a time they would come witch they never showed up at or told they can't make appointments.
5. Noise for a place that is suppose to be a luxury apartment you sure go without a lot of them. My upstairs neighbors are so loud and party every night all night, I have call the apartments curiosity patrol about 10 times who happens to be a 85 year old man who does nothing to stop the noise. So we started calling the police witch gets the noise to stop long enough to fall asleep and then it starts back up again.
Not to mention every hard a$$ with money coming in the garage peeling out with their radios blasting.
6. My toliet doesn't ever flush right so I have to flush it a minimum of 2 times to get the water to go down.
7. My oven when on heats up the whole apartment, smells like gas is leaking out and sounds like it might explode.
8. When I informed management that I was moving out they informed me that I would have to pay $595 dollars to prorate 11 days and gave me a list of what had to be cleaned and how it had to be cleaned. Then she said that no matter what a cleaning service would be brought in to clean the house when I left and I would be billed for it.
I could go on all day about this crap hole, It looks nice from the outside but don't let the looks fool you.

Wow - I thought I was the only person who has had a terrible time here. At least you are getting out while you can. I refuse to pay the penalty for breaking the lease so I'm stuck counting the days unil my lease is up. DO NOT MOVE HERE
