Straight to the brass tacks:
Positives:
Nice facade and workout facilities
Close to the freeway
The best apartments located at 1440 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, California 92108
Negatives:
Worst property management since FEMA took care of New Orleans.
Small service requests handled adequately, but larger requests involving heavier damage--well, hurry up and wait. Management and leasing office generally non-responsive, care more about developing inane, rarely enforced pool policies than they do about tenants living in unsafe environments. No sense of urgency, despite the fact that tenants' lives have been disrupted and impacted by failure to ensure that construction company handles work on units.
Grounds have deteriorated, to the extent that maggots have taken up residence in the public rubbish bins. The picture of the trash chute--well that was a good day!
Leasing office staff has plenty of charm if you are a new tenant, but, if you've been here a while, er... Hey, you are leasing apartments, not curing cancer. Drop the attitude.
Unsure if management has actually seen the grounds, or is perhaps working offsite in New Dehli.
In summary, if you have to live on Hotel Circle and don't want to stay at the Town and Country, this is your place. If not, look elsewhere!
