Nice apartments if you have money to blow. From: default013 Date posted: 8/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Apartments are great, very nice gym. Apartment security is never available and are therefore useless. The biggest negative would be the noise. The place is right next to highway 8 and it is very loud. Unless you get a place on the other side of the complex you'll be dealing with the loud highway. The majority of the other residents are foreign college students who party all night long over the weekend and sometimes during the week too. They are nice enough in person but they are very loud and the apartment doesn't enforce their own rules about noise, parking, and that kind of thing. I've had to resort to calling the police from time to time because of my upstairs neighbor playing music so loud it literally shakes my walls. The pricing isn't to my taste, but I wouldn't say its horribly overpriced. Its just not a great deal. Overall I'm satisfied but I don't need the high rent so I'm moving out.
