I did not know know management was allowed to review their own property! Everything everybody else said is true. The place is infested with ants and silverfish. Marine double bladed helicopters buzz the rooftops. Children yell, scream and skateboard. Management is inept, and Ms. Garson (Manager) always looks like she ate something bad every time I speak with her.

Additionally, storage rooms are being broken into, maybe because Archstone did not bother to rekey them when the previous tenants left. Garages are also being broken into. Of the most concern is that management does not enforce the no soliciting policy with trespassing charges. Possibly as a result, tenants have had packages stolen off of their doorsteps, and one has had people enter their apartment and steal things.

Think three times before you rent here!!!!
