OK for students only From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   We are in a 2 bedroom unit. The floorplan is great and we have plenty of closet space. The main problem is the cabinets, fixtures, carpet are horrible. There are some things we have asked to be fixed (i.e. drawer that leaks sawdust whenever you open it) but there is no change after they "fix" it. We have lived here 2 years and have had to shampoo our carpets 3 times and it is still absolutely horrible. It has become very loud lately due to all the students. With everything being converted in UTC there are not many apartments left for them. The management seems to have given up trying to keep the place nice. Guest parking in non-existant and we have to pay extra for a carport. Again, it is roomy with good storage and great pools but noisy and not well maintained.
