A little expensive, but descent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   On the positive the management is nice and very helpful. Maintenance is quick and efficient. They respond to your complaints in a very timely manner. It is very safe and well maintained. The problem is the price, it is worth it for the two bedroom, but too expensive for the one bed-one bath. Also, the "gym" is terrible and the pools are not the best quality. Also, since the building is old if you live on the ground floor you will hear everything in the apartment above you.
