Management does not explain or help resolve problems with unit. Instead she TELLS you what you are going to do and if you don't she starts raising her voice and won't allow you to get one word in. But other then management the apartment is small but quiet.

Please refer to the response listed for the rating dated in Feb. of 2007. In addition, each and every apartment related issue needs to be submitted in writing and taken care of in a properly time frame. This complaint is so vague it is hard to decipher or defend; however, if a resident requests apartment related issues, I have to follow procedure and protocol and I have had on-site weekly maintenance for the entire four years of managing the complex and all of my written and filed maintenance issues have all been handled in a timely manner. We not only offer on-site weekly maintenance, we offer 24 hour vendor services. I will admit that I have a loud voice and my complex 2/1 units are located in an area that echos. I have a very deep voice and sometimes need reminded to lower my voice. As far as ever yelling at a resident, I am surprised that this author didn't file an official complaint with the corporation that I am employed by, which further proves my point that nothing of this nature occurred and that this rating is mirrored from the one listed in Feb. of 2007.
