I have lived at Avalon now for over a year and have no idea why the reviews on here are so bad. Yes every apartment community will have its problems and no place is perfect, but EVERYTIME I have had an issue it has been resolved quickly. The manager is farily new but has always been very friendly and helpful when I've worked with her. The apartment size is great for the price and the fitness center was recently updated a few months ago which is nice. I had no idea how bad the reviews were on here until one of my friends found them after I had referred him to the building. It made him unsure as to if he should move to Avalon, so I felt it was my duty to let others know that Avalon has been great for me. I would recommend them to any of my friends/family. Two thumbs up!!!

It is rumored that there is a new manager at this complex. When I was there, the management was a nightmare!! It really sucked to live in a place where if something was wrong, the management would complete ignore the issue or be really rude to you if you complained. I hope that the management has changed - it makes a huge difference.
