I would recommend this place only to the same style people that live in it, tools and young partiers.
If you are single and looking to have fun then enjoy paying high rent and no customer service but hanging around all the young tools and girls.
I lived here a year and am looking forward to moving only because the rent is too high. They are way to expensive and the customer service is terrible. Way to corporate bull, and not enough friendly advice and help.

The are is great , very well located and probably one of the better complexs in pb.

Would recommend only if you don't mind being overcharged and just looking to live for a year or two because believe me, after a year you will definetly be sick of this place
