First of all, the management has got to be the worst I have ever seen or experienced. The turn over in the office is absolutely ridiculous and no 2 employees will tell you the same thing even if thet're standing next to each other. Roaches are everywhere on the grounds and maintenance will take forever to come out, so hope you never have an emergency. These apartments are pricey and although they have a nice outer appearance, once you get past that it's no better than any other complex, in fact it's much, much worse. Not worth the money at all, considering you could live in Mission Valley at one of Fairfield's other properties and be closer to everything AND pay less. Please take this as a warning from someone who still lives here- JUST WALK AWAY
